Good afternoon, I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with an order received this morning. As you can see from the photo, the quantity is much less and half full If you are using otger partners , i suggest you see the quantity rather than Ferns and petals getting such a bad review. Why is the quantity leas compared to tge photo we ordered for $52 such a ahock I must leave a very negative remark on your website so you dont fool anyone else Blatantly, telling a customer to accept as a one off is not good customer service shows your rushing to not adddress the situation I must leave a bad review for not sending the correct quantity Thank you photo below shows half amount compared to ordered item in question. Please get back immediately with how you will address this further? Thankyou
