Absolutely pathetic service. They delayed one order by 48 hours and didn't even wait for me to complete what I had to say during a chat with their agent, while he logged out The 2nd order was shown as Delayed by 2 days after I booked and as of today it is apparently going to be delayed by 5 days post the supposed delivery date. Not just that, the person I COURIERED TO, now has to GO AND PICK UP what was supposed to be a surprise gift, from DHL Absolutely pathetic. They won't even respond to my mails, except for an automated acknowledgement and an unnecessary feedback link which makes no sense Stay away from them. There's loads of others
