I would have given zero stars if I could. If you cannot deliver on Valentine’s Day then don’t accept my order. I could’ve gone to other places. Your ready offer to cancel or reschedule to next day just reflects you’re not suited for this business.
After going offline for an hour at 7:30pm. Finally there’s a resolution. To deliver before 10pm. The original delivery slot was 6am-4pm. I told them the office will be closed and the receiver will not be there. And their solution is to wait for the delivery guy to call. Then to tell them the alternate location. Could this be done in a better way?
