Order no: 1026903 I had ordered the happy birthday gift arrangements set. I was totally unsatisfied with this order. The birthday cake was given with no knife or cutlery and as the plan of cutting the cake was in made of a garden and to my surprise, I did not find any knife in it and so I stumbled to cut the cake. FNP being a reputed org I did not expect such a carelessness which really ruined the moment of the cake, cutting, despite the place chosen. So either you can do 100% check before handing it over the customer, or please don’t take the order anymore if you cannot make it to the expectation of the customer. This not only bad, but also spoil the moment without a key thing to celebrate the birthday. Apart from that, the other things that I had ordered, had been in good place.
