Ordered 5 separate items, all supplied by BoroughBox themselves....12 days later - nothing has arrived.
When looking at contacting support, I found that their Phone Lines and Social media (for support) have been stopped so they cant offer support - this should have been my first warning that they are receiving so many support complaints they cant keep up.
Once you email them, you wait a few days for a reply to email and then the support team are extremely quick to blame the postal couriers, but if you read their Twitter or review sites (TrustPilot and here) they blame Royal Mail, Yodel and Hermes....so that doesnt seem right.
I gave them plenty of opportunities to do something to fix the issue, even waiting extra time as they said it should update "in a day or so" - was offered a refund of the postage for the late delivery, but it was never actually given (or maybe its just late due to the couriers?). They are unable to blame the 3rd party sellers, all items are from themselves but they dont seem to be able to get things out the door.
Now to do battle and try and get my money back - I fear this could be just as bad.
Please please please, do your homework before you order from these guys. Just read some of the review first - that was my mistake and one I wont be making in the future!
