Product was excellent and sent promptly to the recipient. However, the message that was attached with my name and details was not enclosed. After many days of calling around the sender contacted me and asked if I knew who it could be from. I was disappointed that they had to find out this way and the surprise element was diminished.
Never mind, I could not do anything about this. Though I did contact customer services about this about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything since.
