We have received a borough box hamper as a present and were very impressed - so impressed that we then made an order to send one as a gift. Unfortunately, having ordered on 7th December, this appears to have been lost in transit, between being shipped by BoroughBox and accepted by the courier. Appreciate that these things happen, especially given delays in supply chain eith lockdowns, and overwhelmed delivery networks - however, this is obviously frustrating, and having sent numerous emails, been advised that emails will be answered within 10 days. I am now awaiting a refund, with no present delivered.
Unfortunate circumstances as I believe the quality of the product is very good, but demand has obviously caused the service to be overwhelmed.
