Ordered placed early December for delivery on 19th December. Gift still not delivered. have tried emailing twice with no response and calling twice - unable to get through.
23rd December Yodel have no record of receiving parcel for delivery, according to them it's still with the sender. According to email from Borough Box it was dispatched on 17th December. So who knows where it is or it will ever arrive.
Appreciate that its a busy time of year but very disapponting, especially on the coms side. Would not use again.
