The disappointment with part of my order was unreal, the lack of voluntary communication relating to the reality once order placed and also the length of time to wait when an email was sent was too long.
As a gift which needed to be received before sending on and the length of time for dispatching was inadequate. Placing an order 8th Dec and balance order was only received 21st Dec caused an uplift in the budget to send via royal mail to reach recipient before Christmas.
I would like to say part of the order for Natural energy drink Sku 1158-10768 was shipped on 9th Dec. Great service.
Email I sent on the 12th Dec was not replied to until 16th without details, as no shipping details for Yodel provided. Shipping details only provided by the 20th December and I needed to post all present days before to beat postal service rush or back log plus increase in costs to post.
Bearing in mind peak period, I still believe the length of time for delivery to be received was way too long. An unrelated order placed, I received the delivery from Germany for large bulky items within 7 days with tracking.
