I ordered my 2 Christmas hampers on the 25th November for delivery on the 21st December to give as gifts. Despite chasing via their email system, couldn't phone as they had switched their phones off, they did not respond and they have not delivered the hampers! I could no longer present the hampers as the gifts I had intended and the customer service is shocking.
