3 out of 4 orders delivered. 4th one seems to have completely disappeared and no idea where it is. Not able to contact anyone to find out what had happened.
Very disappointing as ordered first week in December but radio silence from the company means someone has had to go without their Xmas present.
Only response you get from the company is an automated reply saying they are busy. Your money is taken from the bank quickly enough but not so quick to help you with queries.
