I did have an issue with an order being incorrect. It took a few attempts to get through on the phone. Order was corrected and arrived within 24 hours. Hats off to these guys for putting it right so fast and my missing order arrived on Christmas Eve. Excellent customer service. Despite reading some of the negative reviews here, I would not hesitate using this company again as the products are unique and great value.
