Despite ordering December 7th, none of the gifts for my family have arrived a week on. I emailed on 4 occasions asking for information and was completely ignored, no notification that deliveries would be delayed, no response to repeated requests for information for several weeks. Just non-existent customer care. I was finally offered 100 points on my account as an apology which was laughable - as if I would ever use this company again. Unable to deliver what they promise customers, and then when everything inevitably goes wrong they shut down phone lines and social media, and completely ignore emails. Funny how happy they were to take my money immediately despite not fulfilling orders. Absolutely shambolic. Find a viable and customer focused independent business to support: this is not one.
And to suppliers: I would look elsewhere to retail your goods lest your own products be tarnished by this company’s incompetence.
