Well, where to start? Semi-aggressive emails from BoroughBox around delayed delivery. Two emails - one from ParcelForce and one form Yodel - both of which still claim they have not received the shipment yet. And indeed I still do not have the goods in hand. I have no idea when or even if I will receive what I have ordered.
I have not contacted you because your emails asked me to be patient and effectively NOT contact you!
I 100% appreciate that times are unusual and stressful. And I understand that there are delays. But this is not the way to continue to run a business where you want repeat orders.
