Very disappointed. The hamper was ordered on the 11th for an agreed delivery on the 18th. I received an email saying there could be delays of 7 days due to delivery issues caused by covid-19. The hamper hadn't turned up by 25th, so I sent an email to cancel (14 days after order), as the phone lines were turned off. This action should have been enough for the order which wasn't picked or shipped to be cancelled as per my consumer rights. On the 29th I received an email saying the order has been processed and shipped. With possible delays of 14 days. To date 01/01/21 my parents still haven't recieved the parcel and I haven't been refunded. This is a food order, I'm not looking forward to the response from my parents if they receive it. What is the use by date ?
