Ordered a Christmas gift on 10th December to be delivered directly to the recipient on 22nd December. On the 16th they sent a general email saying they were extremely busy and struggling to provide customer support, and on the 22nd they emailed to say that my order might not arrive before Christmas. In the end it didn't arrive until the 31st. They're processing refunds for the delivery charge but that doesn't really feel like it's good enough. It would be one thing if I'd ordered last minute but having pre-ordered nearly two weeks in advance, I'm pretty annoyed. I wonder how many orders they took after mine was placed and how many of those were delivered pre-Christmas? For what it's worth, I'm told the hamper was very tasty, but I don't think I could trust them again in the future.
