I ordered 6 boxes on 10th Dec for delivery on 17th Dec (the day before our Zoom office party). None of them arrived. I'd emailed Borough Box but didn't get a reply. On 19th Dec I got some emails saying I could track the packages - but when I clicked on the link there was no information. 4 of the boxes were delivered on 23rd Dec - whcih was too late as everyone, myself included had already been to the shops to buy our Christmas food. So now we had double Christmas puddings, smoked salmon etc. Which was very disappointing. 2 orders - 1 of which was to the same address as an order was previously received, arrived on 31st Dec! 3 weeks after I placed the order. Who needs lots of nice treats just as we're starting diets in January - again very disappointing in terms of the timing and lack of communication from Borough Box. Had I known, I would have ordered something else.
