I ordered four boxes before the Christmas cut off date. Only one has arrived, more than three weeks after the order and over a week past Christmas.
I have had limited communication from BoroughBox and have been left very embarrassed by their service. I will never use this provider again, despite the fact they are supporting local businesses.
