I received this today from support at boroughbox - can you believe it...
We’d love to get some feedback on your order. In particular we’d love to know:
- What was your experience like with the seller on our marketplace?
- What was the contact like that you had with us? (the BoroughBox team)
- How did your product taste/look? (Or if it was a gift - what did the recipient think of it?)
We’re so grateful for any feedback we receive. It helps us understand how our sellers are doing, and most importantly, it means we can improve BoroughBox to give you an even better customer experience.
I'd ordered two boxes in mid December - Dec 13th, nothing has been delivered - that's 22 days later! The total ignorance of the set up to not monitor, manage, facilitate indivdual bookings is wholly horrific. They are total amatuers. I'd tried to ring and email from 30th Dec on numerous occassions, they offer no comms at all.
What do you think my answers would be to these questions above!!
NOTE - THESE GIFTS HAVE STILL NOT ARRIVED SO THE QUESTIONS BELOW HAVE NO PURPOSE!
