I understand that with Covid things are delayed, but I received an email saying the three hampers I ordered were to be delivered on xmas eve, but when I contacted the recipients (on the 4th Jan 2021) and asked if the hamper had arrived, none of them had! It has been impossible to contact Borough Box to find out where the hampers are. Not happy at all and won't be shopping with Borough Box again.
