I am very disappointed with BoroughBox, wished I had never placed an order with you, which to this date has not been received by the recipient??? I tried to contact you by phone and have sent 2 emails enquiring to the whereabouts of the order, all a waste of time.
Just wondering, since Christmas and New Year celebrations have passed, are you planning to deliver the food hamper for Easter?
If it has been in transit all this time, or sitting around some post office delivery room since 16 Dec I should think it is not fit for human consumption by now. I would like to cancel the order and I request a refund.
