I rarely post a negative reviews I know how important they are to companies. However my experience with BoroughBox has been extremely poor and very frustrating.
All the items ordered arrived late, several arrived damaged and one has not arrived at all.
I contacted the BoroughBox support team twice before Christmas however received no response to my emails other than an automated acknowledgement of receipt.
BoroughBox's business model is to source their products from multiple suppliers. This is fine providing the customer experience is owned by BoroughBox however this is simply not the case. I called today to chase up on the lack of response to my email enquiries to receive an automated message advising me to click on some links in the original order confirmation email (placed 4 weeks ago) which then emails their supplier directly. This just adds to what has been a dreadful customer experience. I bought from BoroughBox and expect BoroughBox to resolve the issues not hand it over to their supplier base.
My issues are still not resolved.
Sadly, I cannot recommend BoroughBox and won't be using them again.
