I used BoroughBox for the first time this Christmas to send a parcel of cheese and charcuterie to my son. The website was very easy to use, with lots to choose from and everything looking so appetising. The product was dispatched by courier as soon as ordered. We were kept informed due to the lockdown and the enormous pressure just before Christmas. We thought it would be late, but it arrived before Christmas, delivered not by courier but in their own van by their own driver.
