The appeal was that we got to pick a date so the surprise would arrive at our Client's as a little Christmas treat - even a week later, nothing had made it to her and while the products look lovely, the fact that the delivery wasn't punctual defeats the point of ordering this as a surprise for a set date - which is usually the nature of a gift. I understand Covid is a factor, but then there should have been an email flagging this and apologising BEFORE our chosen delivery date, not a day later, after I chased the matter. Not a great experience overall.
