The product itself looks good quality, I believe the recipient was pleased.
Unfortunately I ordered on 11th December for delivery by 23rd December and it wasn't delivered until 5th Jan! I did email as well as I had 2 tracking numbers sent to me and neither worked, but no response - but perhaps still closed for Xmas.
