I ordered a parcel on 7 December in good faith that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. The website did not indicate it would not be delivered on time. The closer it got to Christmas I was concerned that my parcel would not be delivered on time. I tried multiple times to contact Borough Box by email/phone/facebook/instagram and twitter. Perhaps because I advised that I was going to take the lack of response higher I finally heard from the CEO on Xmas Eve my time to enlighten me that my parcel would not be delivered on time. The lack of customer service and goodwill from this company was highly disappointing and I noted I was not the only one having issues. Processes from Boroughbox need to be looked at urgently and an apology to all clients that tried to get in contact should be sent out immediately. A business survives by its excellent customer service and I would say in this case you definitely did not offer any. Very hesitate to recommend or use this company again which is a shame as apparently the parcel I sent was of high standard.
