I ordered some pies for delivery to another address. The courier did not attempt to inform the recipient ( or me ) that the pies were enroute. The courier did not use the doorbell so the recipient who was at home missed the delivery. Delivery was re arranged for the next day and the recipient sat in the hall and waited for the courier, who again did not use the doorbell. Fortunately the company supplying the pies had packaged them well and they were still cold. Most of the pies were frozen by the recipient but one he has eaten was reported as being very good, a mild cheese mixture with an unusual pastry. Pies good. Courier stupid.
