Purchased a gift box as a present for my girlfriend. Another gift hadn’t arrived so the speedy delivery was really a life saver. The downside was just about everything in the box was replaced with other items. The prosecco was a different brand and other items were replaced with dissimilar items (for example fudge was replaced with chocolate truffles). I know they said that some items may be replaced if need be: but there’s the odd thing being replaced and then there’s a box of different items from what’s advertised. Basically, a good service if you’re really in a jam, but quite expensive when you’re buying a box of mystery items as they replace anything and everything to fill the order.
