I was searching for a small food and drink hamper to send to colleagues to consume during a team virtual event, there wasn't much option if you wanted a selection with nice presentation and BoroughBox ticked all that I needed. As I ordered a bulk order I emailed customer services rather than placing 60+ individual orders on the website. The representative I dealt with was quick to respond and helpful. However, I encountered a couple of problems with the deliveries. Certain hampers were missing several items but the representative quickly rectified the issue and the additional items were quickly received. The second problem was a gluten free recipient received an item in her box, which was a substitute due to her gluten intolerance, but the substitute item was not gluten free. Again I reached out the representative who has taken all details to ensure this doesn't happen again to another customer. Despite the issues I would still order again as they were quick to fix any problems.
