It goes without saying that the Ruby Chocolate, Champagne Brownies were delicious. The reason for my feedback is that the care and customer service I received was above and beyond expectation. I ordered for a special occasion. I received a phone call from a lady on the Friday asking if they were for Father’s Day. She was concerned that I might not get them on time. That of itself was great Customer Service. I explained that I needed them the following week, so she arranged to bake them freshly for me on the following Monday. They arrived on time and were DELICIOUS (& had a free sample of florentines). 👏👏👏
