The product was good, but it's a shame Boroughbox use Yodel who always seem to have rubbish service. Recieved an update from them that the gift was out for delivery, then it went back to the depot, next day no update so contacted the driver who said it wouldn't be delivered that day and when it finally was the following day they left the gift on the recipient's bin and didn't bother to walk down the stairs to the front door - someone was in all day! Did contact Boroughbox who told me Yodel used to have a bad reputation but are better now hmm..
