Ordering process was straightforward apart from applying the discount. I registered for your newsletter and received a £5 discount off my order but didn't get a code. I rang your customer services and spoke to Stephanie who was very helpful and gave me a code. Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere on the screen to enter the code so I ended up paying full price. Fortunately, Stephanie had suggested I email her if I had any issues and she sorted me out a refund. So not the best journey, or use of my time but despite the initial tribulations the pies arrived on schedule and I am looking forward to eating them.
