I ordered a kombucha set for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately the first order was damaged in transit and did not arrive and the second also leaked. However Boroughbridge happily sorted out the problems and sent the last order in tape marked Fragile which seemed to do the trick. The kit itself seems fine and the problems did not really seem their fault.
