I ordered a case of El Yucateco. It came in two large plastic bottles. In shipping, one of the bottles had broken on the bottom of the bottle spilling a lot of the contents. Luckily it was also in a plastic bag so the mess was well contained. Stuff happens. I rinsed off the other bottle and I wrote to customer service. They quickly responded and refunded me the difference for the broken bottle. Kudos for good customer service!
