I was really impressed with FoodServiceDirect. I had never ordered anything from them before. But recently, the supermarket from which I'd been ordering 5 pounds of shredded Parmesan at a time started to give me bags that contained hardened shreds that didn't melt like the other shreds. Also, their prices skyrocketed. I feared they had begun to mix fillers into their cheese and was appalled. My FoodServiceDirect order was delivered promptly, the box was well-insulated, and the contents were 100% real Parmesan cheese -- at half the price of the store-bought kind, even with shipping added! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
