I received 100 lbs of rice in 4 different boxes one of which was broken and about 5 lbs of rice were lost. The package was spilling rice when it was delivered. The return policy is not favorable for this and I had to take the loss because they would charge 25% of the cost plus the shipping to return. I am not sure if I will be ordering again from them.
