All in all, when it is time to buy rice (we eat a lot) or beans (rajma is delicious), FSD has always come through. However, with my latest purchase, I cannot say that the delivery (UPS) came through as well. We received the boxes in rather rough condition, and I'm guessing one of them was handled so roughly that it had some of the contents leaking out of the bag.
I'm not sure why the packages were in so much worse condition than my previous orders, but holy heck, were they beat up. If UPS cannot care for the packages prior to and upon delivery, it may be time to switch shipping partners or allowing customers to choose their shipper.
Also, they took an entire extra day delivering one package; it was on the truck and out for delivery all day, then disappeared and was requeued for the next day. Unacceptable, given that they came to our building twice. Further, we're in a pretty central spot where a lot of people and businesses are, so it should have been easier, not harder, to get our deliveries all here on time.
