I received the wrong product, possibly out of date 15 Jan. I let FSD know and was virtually accused of lying because I didn't have the equipment to send a photo of product. You sent it, you should know what you sent. It's been 2 weeks now and I am out of chicken base and no idea of any sort of conclusion on FSD part. I have been in food service kitchens for over 40 years as exec chef most of that time. This is by far the shoddiest I have ever been treated even in some third world countries. Whatever happened to customer service? What happened to customer being right? I have used FSD before and been fairly happy but this is the worst.
