Love, love, love this company. The product I buy from them is 100% pure with no fillers so I know I am getting 100% actual food instead of "cellulose to prevent caking" which isn't needed but is found in most grated and shredded cheese products. There's no cellulose in the cheese I buy from Food Service Direct and it doesn't cake at all. Shipping is prompt and items are shipped in well-insulated containers with ice packs.
