Good selection. Good customer service. Poor shipping and logistics. Frozen items defrosted 60% of time. Items ordered with 3 week ship time become 'unavailable' after waiting, but no notice given until I request update, and only option is to resubmit and hope they arrive after another 3-4 weeks. That is poor logistical service.
