I bought a single order of 10 Ben & Jerry's pints of a specific flavor that I was a a fave and unavailable locally or at Amazon. The order arrived in good condition after several days in transit in a special container with dry ice. The price was double what it used to cost when available at Walmart. What arrived? I discovered that flavor had been changed by the manufacturer and many other people also complained about that. Therefore, I will no longer order that. I doubt that I will order anything else from your company because of the added cost of going so compared to shopping locally. Thank you for asking.
