My order of delicate gluten free English muffins arrived in 98° Florida heat boxed in dry ice. As far as I know this is the only company that ships breads in dry ice. Yes, I likely paid more for shipping. I ordered the same muffins from another company last year. They arrived in crumbs and moldy. The muffins from FoodServiceDirect were cold and perfect.
