Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly customer service. We use Food Service Direct for in-home purchases. Our package arrived with one broken item. This was the fault of the Carrier, not Food Service. Yet Food Service refunded the cost of the broken item immediately. Well be ordering more from this outfit....!
