The product was fine. The problem with the payment was a nightmare. I had not ordered in a year. I used the same credit card but it was not accepted. I checked the bank, unlocked the account, and still would not accept the credit card. I had 2-3 direct conversations with Food Service Direct and still they would not accept the card. Very frustrated, so I used my personal credit card to pay for the product. I have never had this issue with FSD prior to this order. I hope that this does not happen next time or I will reconsider ordering product again.
