I ordered 2 coconut cakes which were absolutely delicious. They came in a large styrofoam box packed with dried ice. I live in Florida and usually by the time the package arrives, the ice is completely gone, but with foodservicedirect, they packed it so well that there was still a lot of ice left and the cakes were still frozen solid. So much better than other companies. In addtion, the cakes arrived in record time. Once I ordered, they got here in no time. I am very, very pleased and will definitely order from them again!!!
