We messed up and ordered way to many cases of chips/popcorn, thus I had to return 4 cases. Both of the people I communicated with on phone and email were very polite and were not your average customer service peeps. Thank you for making everything easy, and helping me out. Not an ounce of annoyance was ever displayed! I do believe Makiah was a return specialist? I might be wrong but anyways, Makiah was amazing. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke on the phone with, sorry!
