Order #1002454388: Although the soups were wonderful and I paid extra for earlier shipping the 4 soup chafers were not able to be shipped on time. Once shipped, we will issue a partial refund for the expedited shipping cost paid for this item. I thought it meant it was not shipping. I ordered 4 chafers from Amazon for my event because I needed it by a certain date. I just received the chafers today 11/15/2023. I would like to return it but I was told that you are charging me a 20% re stock fee. WHY? you were not able to fulfill my order on time event though I paid extra. You did refund the shipping but the chafers were important. I hope we can fix this issue being that I am a first time customer.
