It is very difficult to find good egg roll wrappers. I have been making homemade egg rolls for over 50 years and finding the right egg roll wrappers has been a nightmare. When I discovered Food Service Direct and order a case of egg roll wrappers to cook for my son's accounting office I wanted to try these egg roll wrappers hoping they would work. WOW - BEST EGG ROLL WRAPPERS EVER!!! I was thrilled with them, I didn't have to do a second egg roll wrapper because there was a hole in one of them and there were no air bubbles to make frying them more difficult. I was able to quickly wrap 118 egg rolls and not one of them created a hole or floated to the top. Thank you Food Service Direct.
