I have ordered and received many deliveries of Kraft 5-pound bags of shredded parmesan from FoodServiceDirect.com and can say that, besides being HALF the price of an equivilent quantity at my local supermarket, the quality I receive from FSD is far superior, with no filler in the cheese at all. I do have two wishes: that FSD would initiate a subscribtion service that would automatically ship my order every few months, and that they would allow me to return the styrofoam coolers and gel icepacks in which their shipments are delivered like other food delivery companies do to avoid the monumental waste and contribution to our landfills.
