There was a delay getting my package and when it was in shipping mode one of the 12 mixes had broken. UPS had taken out the broken one, moved the rest into a UPS box and resumed the shipment sending you FSD a notice of this. Each container in the shipment was extremely sticky and being it is cardboard containers not a lot I could do to fix the issue. FSD never reached out to me nor did they replace or credit my account for the broken cotainer. They had sent me a notice that I reached out to them which I did not but UPS had and was wondering if my issue was resolved which again it was not. I then sent you a notice on this and heard nothing back from you. Poor customer service!
